Gregory Sealy is a highly accomplished management executive and Attorney-at-Law with a distinguished career spanning over 28 years. Currently, he serves as the Senior Manager of Supply Chain Management, Organisational Capability, Leadership, and Branding, showcasing his expertise in multiple domains.

With a strong focus on Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations, Gregory has amassed extensive experience predominantly within the heavy industry, petrochemical, and oil and gas sectors. At National Energy, he holds executive management oversight for critical departments including Supply Chain Management, Corporate Communications and People, Leadership and Culture.

Throughout his career, Gregory has held prominent senior positions in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations, exemplifying his depth of knowledge and leadership. Notable roles include General Manager- Human Resources, Human Resource Manager, and Industrial Relations Manager positions. His experience spans both the private and public sectors, working with multinational companies and state enterprises.

Gregory's proficiency extends to various aspects of law, including Employment Law, Civil Litigation, Corporate/Commercial Law, and Conveyancing. His expertise and comfort in leading Collective Bargaining Negotiations in challenging, strongly unionized environments are well-established.

Recognized for his exceptional abilities, Gregory has represented multiple companies in esteemed international forums and missions across Brazil, Argentina, France, Norway, China, and Guyana, contributing to global discussions in his field.

In March 2022, Gregory was appointed to act in the position of Vice President of Corporate Services and Business Development, where he provided strategic oversight for teams and responsibilities in Finance, Facilities, Corporate Communications, HR, ICT, and Procurement. He is currently a director on the Board of Phoenix Park Energy Holdings LLC, a subsidiary of Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited.

Gregory holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Sciences from the University of the West Indies, a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London (UK), and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Staffordshire (UK). He is called to the Bar and licensed to practise law in Trinidad and Tobago, solidifying his reputation as a trusted legal professional.
