KEVIN DOOLARCHAN
Manager, Ports & Terminals Maintenance
Kevin Doolarchan is currently the Manager, Ports & Terminals Maintenance at National Energy with over 22 years of experience in the energy industry.
In his current position, Kevin is responsible for the maintenance and process safety of all facilities at Savonetta Piers, ISCOTT Dock, and Port of Galeota. He also oversees National Energy's Asset Integrity Management Program, ensuring the integrity and reliability of the Company's assets.
Kevin joined National Energy in December 2018, and since then, he has made significant contributions to the organisation. He has successfully led major equipment utilisation and upgrade projects, including the SP4 Incoming and Outgoing Conveyors. He also spearheaded National Energy through an Asset Integrity Audit by DNV-GL in 2022, resulting in a significant improvements in the Company's asset integrity performance.
Prior to joining National Energy, Kevin held the position of Manager, Asset Integrity at PETROTRIN. He is an active member of The Institute of Asset Management and a registered engineer with the Board of Engineering of Trinidad And Tobago, where he contributes to industry development and best practices.
Kevin’s qualifications include a Post Graduate Certificate in Asset Integrity Management from Robert Gordon University, a Master of Science Degree in Production Engineering & Management, and a Bachelor Of Science Degree in Engineering from The University Of The West Indies. Kevin is also a Certified Asset Management Assessor with certification from the World Partners In Asset Management.
