Reay Greaves is an experienced professional in the field of Corporate Communications. With experience spanning 18 years, she has developed a diverse skill set that encompasses communications, journalism, event planning, social risk management, marketing, and promotions.

Having joined National Energy in 2010, Reay is presently responsible for developing and implementing strategies and products that safeguard and enhance the Company's reputation. She also reports to the Board’s subcommittee on National Energy’s major sustainability initiatives. Reay holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies from The University of the West Indies, which has provided her with a solid foundation in business principles. Additionally, she has acquired certification in Leadership, Corporate Citizenship, and Corporate Communications, further enhancing her professional qualifications.

During her years at National Energy, Reay was seconded to the Gas to Petrochemicals Complex project, where she worked alongside the Mitsubishi Project Consortium. In this role, she was responsible for implementing strategies that facilitated the project's acquisition of its Certificate of Environmental Clearance. Reay is highly skilled in navigating complex stakeholder dynamics and addressing social and environmental concerns for the successful execution of large-scale energy-based projects.

Reay's earlier career involved being a business writer for CONTACT magazine and a researcher and reporter for an energy-TV series. In these roles, Reay effectively communicated the significance of the energy sector to the public, further showcasing her skill in delivering compelling messages to a wide audience.
